First, we are pleased to announce that the INAUGURAL, FIRST-EVER, LONG-AWAITED, Three-Legged Pub Crawl, will take place on Saturday, June 25, on Southport Avenue in Chicago, and will begin at 1:30PM at Messner’s Wrigleygrille, 3553 North Southport, just south of Addison. Messner’s will serve as the Headquarters for the event, and we’ll be doing a loop south toward Belmont, then back up to Addison, and ending and reconvening at Messner’s for the Finale Party. Now, you may ask, what on God’s Green Earth is a 3-Legged Pub Crawl???  To get all the details, click here to view the event page, and here for a little on the background.  Tickets will be going on sale VERY SHORTLY, but in the meantime, you are welcome to RSVP to the Facebook Invitation Here.  In a nutshell, we go to 9 bars, put numbers in 2 different buckets for boys and for girls, draw the numbers, and you have to find your partner to tie up with and be paired with to go to the next bar. You will RE-DRAW FOR A NEW PARTNER AT EVERY BAR. It will be a great way for singles to meet each other, but if you are in a “Committed Monogamous Relationship” – you are perfectly welcome to attend and stay with your loved one all day. It will be a HOOT! Again, SATURDAY, JUNE 25!

And, finally…. the big news you’ve all been waiting for…. coming in a mere 193 Days… back for its SIXTEENTH SMASH YEAR…. we present the theme and logo for Festa’s 16th Annual Twelve Bars of Xmas Pub Crawl…. CAMP TBOX!! That’s right, the theme of this year’s TBOX will be Summer Camp… in Winter! Because everyone always says…. “So this one time… at TBOX…” – TBOX2011 will be a glorious, majestic, action-packed tour-de-force, a day filled with S’Mores, Campfires, Canoeing, Basket Weaving, Panty Raids, Waking Up in Your Cot in the Middle of the Lake, Camp Counselors, Merit Badges, Sleeping Bags, Ghost Stories, and a Camping Trip like you’ve never had before… mark your calendars… SATURDAY 12/10/11… that’s December 10th, the Second Saturday in December… and tickets will go on sale on August 29th. Festa Parties announced today that we will hold our first-ever, inaugural, 3-Legged Pub Crawl in the Southport Avenue Nightlife Corridor on Saturday, June 25th. “We’re tremendously excited about this new event,” said Company Owner Chris Festa, “People have been asking about this for a long, long time, and we are confident that we’ve finally figured out a way to make it work!”  How will this work? In a nutshell, at each bar, Boys and Girls will draw partners with whom they will tie up like a 3-leg picnic event, and stay with that person for the walk to the next bar. Then, at each bar, we will RE-DRAW NEW PARTNERS for people to hook up with. However, we do want to emphasize, that if you wish to remain with one partner all day, if you are in a “committed monogamous relationship” – you are totally welcome to opt out of the draw and stay as a couple all day.
