How TBOXOPOLY Will Work – The TBOX2012 Gameboard and Schedule

Festa Parties is thrilled to present the OFFICIAL TBOX 2012 “TBOXOPOLY” Game Board which will serve as your schedule for Festa’s 17th Annual Twelve Bars of Xmas Pub Crawl on Saturday, December 8th, 2012, starting at the Cubby Bear at 8AM for Opening Ceremonies, and going on a Round Robin through 43 Establishments from 9AM to 9PM, then ending back at the Cubby Bear for Closing Ceremonies. Note – We have a team of over 65 Security Professionals on site at the bar entrances and you MUST have a valid TBOX2012 Badge to enter any of them from 9am to 9pm. There is no “set schedule” and there are NO TEAMS – YOU Pick any 12 Bars you want to go to from 9-9 and we recommend 3 of each color property group – note that the bars just south of Addison on Clark tend to be the ONLY ONES WITH LINES – we have 43 AWESOME BARS including in the 3700-3800 Block of Clark North of Grace Past the McDonald’s and a TON South by the NEWPORT/ROSCOE crossing.  Spread around and enjoy!!!

In keeping with this year’s theme of TBOXOPOLY, we no longer have a schedule with times for each bar, and are no longer splitting you into teams. Instead, we are giving you a gameboard with 41 Bars, 4 Different Property Color Groups, and 12 Hours to Visit at Least Twelve of Them – 3 of Each Color – and your goal is to collect the stickers for each one, and get your pictures taken in the frame for each one, and you can also bring along a Sharpie and check off every individual bar you visit and every individual Royal Court Member you meet! And of course, collect the stickers and take your pictures with every royal court member! We have over 40 really cool, diverse, interesting bars for you to visit, so we recommend you visit at least 12, all 40+ if you want (you’ll have about 17 minutes a bar…) and don’t just stick to the ones you know! Our Security Team will be helping to move traffic around and if there’s a line, they’ll direct you to where you can resume partying STAT!

First, here is the gameboard you’ll be getting with your TBOX2012 Ticket Purchase…. 10 Yellow Bars, 10 Red Bars, 10 Blue Bars, 10 Green Bars… and pictures of the 69 Royal Court Members in the Middle, along with This Years’ Number One, Joanna, and TBOX Founder, Mr. Festa…   And, at each bar, you will get FUN BAR STICKERS to place on your BODY, and you’ll get BAR VISIT STICKERS aka GAMEPIECES to place on your gameboard…. (READ MORE ABOUT STICKERS) Fill out your gameboard with 3 Yellow, 3 Red, 3 Blue, and 3 Green, and submit your picture to our Facebook Page with the completed gameboard and your badge with the number showing, along with your Red and Green Wire to Wire Bracelets, and you’ll be entered into our drawing to win one of over 50 Gift Certificates AND you’ll get a free ticket to our next big event, the BEADQUEST MARDI GRAS CRAWL on 2/16/2013 (READ MORE ABOUT BEADQUEST)

And, on the back, you will have at your disposal this lovely TBOX2012 Venue Map of the Wrigleyville area, to ensure you don’t get lost! The Circle Color of each bar corresponds to its Color Group on the Gameboard…

And each of the bars will have a FRAME, printed courtesy of our sponsors, color-coordinated to the bar color group, that you and your friends can take your pictures in. Inside (or in some cases, just outside) of each bar, we will have bar hosts who will issue your stickers, take your pictures in the frames, and if you like, give you a scoop of cereal! And each of the Royal Court Members will have stickers that look like Money for you to stick on you… we think our Royal Court members are pretty AWESOME, so that’s why they all get their own stickers to hand out, and they get these fancy license plates to wear on gold chains… if you see someone with a gold chain, a license plate, and a number under 69, then Royalty is in the house! And if this is your first time at TBOX, then that makes you a TBOX VIRGIN!!!
