Festa Parties is pleased to announce that we have made a cash donation to a friend and TBOX / Cover Your Bases Crawler participating in the 2012 Polar Plunge Rockford, Benefiting the Special Olympics of Illinois! As her support for this great cause, she will be diving into a Cold Lake in a State Park in early March!!!
